Ian McKenzie

Our Dealer Principal, Ian McKenzie has been involved in the automotive industry for 35 years, enjoying success both here in Australia and overseas. He has worked within the Honda dealer network for over 25 years as well as undertaking various roles at Honda Australia. Ian is proud to have been associated with Travis Honda for over 10 years.

Taking over the reins from the Travis brothers, Roy and David, Ian continues to uphold the Travis culture of family first together with respect for our community, our customers and each other. As a true family business Ian’s wife Glenys and his son Rob both are integral members of the Travis Honda team.

The Maxim that our philosophy follows is simple:-

Glenys McKenzie

Glenys operates as our behind-the-scenes manager, ensuring that your overall purchase experience at Travis Honda is second-to-none. Glenys is a great believer that the purchase of your new vehicle should be merely the beginning of the relationship with your dealer and she works tirelessly in making this ideal a reality.

Rob McKenzie

Our General Sales Manager. Under his direction Travis Honda Sales Department is quickly growing into the most dynamic, customer-friendly and professional sales department in the Honda camp. No pushing, no pressure, always providing meticulous service, not least of which is providing you with most competitive offers.

Craig Lyall

With 8 years experience of the Honda brand, Craig is full of knowledge about all things Honda, especially our product range. Having achieved firstly Gold and then Platinum sales and customer care levels, he has consistently been one of Honda's most awarded sales executives, and continues to develop his skills and customer satisfaction levels within the Travis Honda family.

Tom O’Connor

Tom, our Fixed Operations / Service Manager, is delighted to have re-joined Travis Honda after a sabbatical backpacking around the islands of Indonesia. He brings with him over 20 years experience in the automotive industry, and is particularly focussed on providing the very highest level of professional maintenance and after-sales care for your Honda. Nick Janis

Nick is also a newly arrived member of the Travis Honda family, but his experience and knowledge of finance options is second-to-none. As Business Manager he can provide any number of finance and insurance options for your consideration. Importantly, he can tailor a finance package to suit YOUR needs, a very rare thing in the automotive industry these days.

Jacquie Christides

Jacquie is the very heartbeat of the Travis Honda Service dept. As our senior service advisor, Jacquie will always go that extra mile to ensure your after-purchase experience is the best, bar none. Peter Goodman

Pete has been working successfully in the automotive industry for 22 years as group admin and IT systems manager. Pete ensures the smooth running of the admin department and its systems which allows our staff to efficiently and effectively serve you.

Kim Dalgarno

Kim has been an integral part of Travis Honda's success for over 5 years. As the initial contact for most of our customers, Kim has the ability to effectively handle your enquiry and direct it to the appropriate department. Kim is fully trained in accounting, stock control and Vic Roads legislation and performs many important roles accordingly.

John McLeish

John provides our service and pre-delivery department with expert knowledge and fast assistance to ensure your vehicle is delivered on time and with all those little extras that turn "A" Honda into "Your" Honda.

Honda Technician Team

Our service centre is equipped with up-to-the minute technology and our fully trained specialist technicians are overseen by Honda Master Technician and the Foreman of our service department Richard Jacob. Rick has won many awards for his skills and knowledge and as such you know your vehicle is in the safest of hands.
